2. Applicability

These terms of service apply to all use of the website and to all agreements concluded via the Yome Collection webshop.

3. Use of the website

It is not permitted to use the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could disrupt the operation of the webshop.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, and product information, is the property of Yome Collection and may not be used or copied without prior permission.

5. The offer

Yome Collection sells vanity makeup tables and related products. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

6. Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order and receives a confirmation by email.

7. Prices

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment

Payment must be made directly via the payment methods offered within the Shopify webshop.

9. Delivery

  • Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer
  • Yome Collection aims for delivery within the specified period
  • The risk of damage or loss transfers to the consumer at the time of delivery

10. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons.

  • The reflection period starts the day after receipt
  • After withdrawal, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product
  • Return costs are for the consumer's account

11. Return conditions

The product must be returned unused and, if possible, in original condition and packaging.

12. Refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.

13. Exclusion of right of withdrawal

  • Custom-made products
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken

14. Conformity and warranty

The products comply with the agreement and the reasonable requirements of soundness.

15. Liability

Yome Collection is not liable for indirect damage. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

16. Misuse and fraud

Yome Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

17. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via info@yomecollection.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.

18. Disputes

Dutch law applies to this agreement.
