Shipping Policy

At YOME Collection, we do our best to deliver your order carefully and as quickly as possible. On this page, you will find information on how shipping and delivery of our products work.

1. Shipping Area

YOME Collection ships orders throughout Europe. If shipping to other countries is available, this will be indicated during checkout in the webshop.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment is received.

We process orders on business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday will be handled on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time, if applicable, is stated on the product page or during checkout.

Because YOME Collection sells vanity makeup tables, delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock status, and delivery address.

If no specific delivery time has been agreed upon, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days after the agreement has been concluded.

4. Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before you finalize your order.

The total cost of your order, including any shipping costs, will be shown in the checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place at the delivery address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for correctly entering name, address, postal code, city, and other necessary delivery details.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, this may lead to delays and additional costs.

6. Large or Heavy Products

As part of the assortment consists of larger furniture products, delivery may take place via a parcel service or a specialized carrier.

For larger shipments, the carrier may need to contact you in advance to schedule a delivery time.

The customer is responsible for checking whether the dimensions of the ordered product are suitable for delivery to the delivery address, for example, through doors, hallways, stairs, or elevators.

7. Delays

We do our best to deliver within the specified timeframe. However, delays may occur due to high demand, transportation issues, stock problems, or force majeure.

If an order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If delivery is not possible within the agreed timeframe or, in its absence, not within 30 days, the consumer has the rights arising from Dutch law.

8. Receipt and Inspection

We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt.

If the product has been delivered damaged or if something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yomecollection.com.

Please include your order number and, if possible, clear photos of the damage or packaging.

9. Undeliverable

If a carrier cannot deliver an order, for example, because no one is present or because the delivery address is incorrectly entered, a new delivery attempt may be necessary.

Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may be borne by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Risk of Delivery

For consumers, the risk of damage or loss of a product passes at the moment the product is received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, unless the law stipulates otherwise.
